WHY WE GIVE A RUCK.
We are GIVE A RUCK - North Carolina's ruck club with a purpose! Each month, we gather for ruck events that not only test our limits and bring the fun of physical challenge, but also make a difference by supporting a new charity. From one NC community to the next, we're here to sweat, laugh, and give a ruck about causes that matter.
Stay tuned for our 2025 ruck schedule, as we take on missions across the state. Together, we'll travel throughout NC, giving back to communities and causes that matter—one ruck at a time.

GIVE A RUCK ABOUT NC.
We welcome ruck enthusiasts of all levels to join our club! Currently, there are no 'dues' to join. (Unless it's listed as "just for fun") each ruck we do has an entry fee. Half of this fee goes into our club's account to assist with travel to/from events. The other half goes directly to the charity featured for that ruck. That's it!
